About The Position

Allpro Staffing & Consulting is seeking an experienced Java Developer for its client in Albany, New York, for a 30-month opportunity. The role focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing secure, scalable enterprise applications, with architectural leadership, cross-module integration, and compliance with industry security standards. The ideal candidate has experience in enterprise architecture, Java development, microservices, API design, cloud platforms, and enterprise-scale Angular applications. The position is onsite, and applicants must be based in New York.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in enterprise architecture involving systems, microservices, API design, and cloud platforms.
• At least 3 years of experience designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-scale Angular applications.
• At least 3 years of experience in architecture leadership roles, including governance and cross-module integration.
• At least 2 years of experience integrating enterprise systems with high-security data-exchange environments.
• At least 2 years of hands-on Google Cloud Platform experience with GKE, Pub/Sub, IAM, VPC Service Controls, and Secure Egress.
• At least 2 years of experience in high-compliance environments involving IRS Publication 1075, CJIS, or HIPAA.
• At least 2 years of experience designing architectural guardrails and integrity/security validation frameworks.
• Must be located in New York.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize secure, scalable enterprise applications.
• Provide architectural leadership, including governance and cross-module integration.
• Design and develop enterprise-scale Angular applications, including reusable components, responsive user interfaces, state management, and REST API integration.
• Integrate enterprise systems with high-security data-exchange environments.
• Work with Google Cloud Platform services, including GKE, Pub/Sub, IAM, VPC Service Controls, and Secure Egress.
• Design architectural guardrails and integrity/security validation frameworks.
• Maintain compliance with applicable industry security standards.
