About The Position

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer. The ideal candidate will lead full stack engineering efforts, drive modern architecture decisions, and mentor a team of developers to deliver scalable, secure, and high performance applications.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands on full stack development experience.
  • Strong expertise in React.js, Redux, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Backend experience in Node.js, Java, or similar languages.
  • Strong understanding of AWS cloud architecture and hands on experience with major services.
  • Experience with microservices, serverless frameworks, and API first architecture.
  • Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to mentor team members.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized deployments.
  • Knowledge of IaC (CloudFormation / Terraform).
  • Familiarity with modern design systems and UI/UX best practices.
  • Exposure to event-driven architecture, Kafka, or messaging systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable full stack applications.
  • Drive architectural decisions, best coding practices, and technical standards.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross functional teams to define technical solutions.
  • Design and build RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
  • Develop microservices with clean architecture and secure integrations.
  • Implement server-side business logic, caching, and data storage solutions.
  • Design and deploy cloud-native applications using AWS services such as: Lambda, EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, API Gateway, CloudFront, DynamoDB/RDS, SNS/SQS.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, GitHub Actions, or similar.
  • Ensure cloud infrastructure follows best practices in security, scalability, and cost optimization.
  • Perform code reviews and enforce engineering standards.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance across the stack.
  • Guide the team in Agile/Scrum delivery practices.
