Requirements

Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience.
Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and sanitation standards.
Reliability and punctuality, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and team leadership skills.
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.

Nice To Haves

Prior supervisory or lead experience.
A valid driver's license may be required depending on site assignments.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise janitorial staff during shifts, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
Perform hands-on cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing restrooms and common areas.
Inspect work areas for quality control and compliance with cleaning protocols.
Train and mentor team members on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
Communicate with management regarding staffing, supply needs, and facility issues.
Follow OSHA safety guidelines and properly handle cleaning chemicals.
