Requirements

Prior janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, sanitation standards, and OSHA safety guidelines.
Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and team leadership skills.
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds for extended periods.
Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to job sites in Houston, Texas.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise janitorial staff during cleaning shifts at assigned facilities.
Perform hands-on cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing restrooms.
Ensure cleaning tasks meet quality standards and client expectations.
Train and mentor team members on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
Manage and restock cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
Communicate with supervisors about staffing issues, supply needs, or client concerns.
Perform floor care duties, including buffing, stripping, and waxing, as needed.
