Shift Supervisor, All Shifts Available - $14-$17 per hour!
About The Position
Gold Star is hiring Shift Leaders for restaurant locations across Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. Shift Leaders help shape the restaurant’s culture, motivate teams, delight customers, and support efficient operations. The role includes leading people, providing customer service, overseeing store operations, and developing financial expertise in running a business. Prior restaurant experience is welcome but not required. Gold Star describes its culture as upbeat, positive, supportive, and family-oriented, and welcomes people from varied backgrounds and stages of life. The hiring process consists of an application, an onsite interview with a Store Manager, an offer, onboarding and training, and a start date arranged with the Store Manager.
