Requirements

Prior janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise janitorial staff during cleaning shifts across assigned facilities.
Perform hands-on cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing restrooms.
Ensure cleaning tasks meet company quality standards and client expectations.
Train and mentor team members on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and report inventory needs to management.
Conduct walkthroughs and quality inspections before shift completion.
Communicate facility issues, maintenance concerns, and staff matters to supervisors.
