About The Position

B and B Maintenance is seeking a dedicated and trustworthy full-time Supervisor in Salt Lake City, Utah. The Supervisor oversees daily operations and performs the duties associated with the position. The role is scheduled Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend availability as needed, and requires being on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to address operational needs and respond to issues.

Requirements

• Be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Have a valid driver’s license, valid car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Have basic technology skills, including using a smartphone and laptop, navigating the internet and email, and submitting reports online.
• Complete a background check, drug test, and E-Verify.
• Be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Be available Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend availability as needed.
• Be available on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in management or leadership and cleaning.
• Carpet, floor, or window cleaning experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, hire, and train employees.
• Conduct site inspections.
• Restock cleaning supplies.
• Cover for absent cleaners.
• Perform project work.
• Follow health and safety regulations and complete required corporate training.
