About The Position

B and B Maintenance is seeking a dedicated and trustworthy Supervisor to oversee daily operations in Salt Lake City, Utah. The role also involves performing the duties associated with the Supervisor position, including covering for absent cleaners and performing project work.

This is a full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekend availability as needed. The Supervisor must be available on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to address operational needs and respond to issues. The company provides supplies, equipment, and travel expenses. The hourly pay range is $21–$23, based on experience and skill set. Full-time employees become eligible for benefits after 60 days of employment.

Requirements

• Be dependable, punctual, and detail oriented.
• Have a valid driver's license, valid car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Have basic technology knowledge, including the ability to use a smartphone and laptop, navigate the internet and email, and submit reports online.
• Complete a background check, drug test, and E-Verify.
• Be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Be available Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend availability as needed, and be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in management or leadership and cleaning is preferred.
• Carpet, floor, or window cleaning experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
