About The Position

As a Janitorial Operations Supervisor (Cleaning Supervisor), you will lead team members across multiple sites to ensure high-quality cleaning standards. This role involves supervising daily duties including general cleaning, dusting, trash collection, vacuuming, and restroom sanitation. You will also assist the Account Manager or Operations Manager in executing special projects, scheduling, and resolving customer or employee issues. The position requires safely operating equipment such as floor buffers, automatic scrubbers, wet vacuums, and pressure washers, and conducting safety and disinfection training, including PPE protocols and antimicrobial barrier applications. As a hands-on leader, you will also step in to perform janitorial duties and cover shifts as needed.

Requirements

1–3 years of team lead, custodian supervisor, or janitorial supervisor experience required.
Valid Driver’s License with a reliable vehicle and acceptable MVR required.
Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
Physical ability to stand, walk, kneel, and lift/move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
