About The Position

The Budd Group is seeking an energetic and dedicated Janitorial Operations Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of 12 commercial client accounts (including education, medical, manufacturing, and Class A spaces) in the Winston-Salem area. In this high-visibility, dynamic role, you’ll serve as the primary leader managing operations, driving customer satisfaction, mentoring Operations Supervisors, and supporting a team of 35–40 dedicated employees. Requirements

2+ years of management/supervisory experience
Proven customer relationship skills
Strong computer literacy (scheduling, time tracking, ordering)
A valid driver's license
Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation suitable for local travel.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience as a Cleaning Operations Manager, account manager, or supervisory lead in janitorial or facility management is preferred
Internal candidates and stepping-stone account managers welcome!

Responsibilities

Act as the primary leader and Facilities Operations Manager for client accounts, delivering top-tier customer service and building strong client partnerships.
Direct and mentor operational supervisors and frontline employees; conduct quality inspections and provide constructive feedback and training.
Oversee scheduling, daily digital timesheets, and supply ordering across your accounts using modern software tools (Dayforce & Coupa).
Perform regular site visits to audit quality, improve safety standards, and ensure client expectations are consistently met.
