Requirements

• 2+ years of management/supervisory experience
• Proven customer relationship skills
• Strong computer literacy (scheduling, time tracking, ordering)
• A valid driver's license
• Reliable personal transportation suitable for local travel

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience as a Cleaning Operations Manager, account manager, or supervisory lead in janitorial or facility management is preferred
• Internal candidates and stepping-stone account managers welcome

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary leader and Facilities Operations Manager for client accounts, delivering top-tier customer service and building strong client partnerships.
• Oversee the daily operations and service delivery for a diverse portfolio of up to 20 commercial, banking, and Class-A office accounts.
• Direct and mentor operational supervisors and frontline employees.
• Conduct quality inspections and provide constructive feedback and training.
• Oversee scheduling, daily digital timesheets, and supply ordering across your accounts using modern software tools (Dayforce & Coupa).
• Perform regular site visits to audit quality, improve safety standards, and ensure client expectations are consistently met.
