About The Position

Allegiance is hiring a Janitorial Lead for a school facility in Buies Creek, North Carolina. The role leads an assigned building or area and ensures it remains clean and meets expectations. The lead helps plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and supervise departmental activities; enforces custodial workflows; and maintains communication with the client and facility personnel to ensure custodial contract needs are met. The position also promotes the company’s culture, values, and management philosophy, and includes other duties as assigned. On-the-job training is provided.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a related field.
• Experience managing custodial operations.
• Proven experience motivating and training staff.
• Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-directed.
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong service and quality mindset.
• Professionalism.
• Proven computer skills.
