About The Position
The Burks Companies, Inc. (TBC) is looking to hire a full-time or part-time Janitorial / Housekeeper / EVS Attendant. This role is responsible for ensuring that assigned areas always meet and exceed the client's high standards. The attendant reports any maintenance repair or potential safety issues to their supervisor. The company has a reputation for quality work and superior service, which is directly thanks to the job performance of the attendant. TBC offers a comprehensive industry training program.
Requirements
- 21 years old or older
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to be on your feet for an entire shift
- Customer service skills
- Fast, efficient, self-motivated, and eager to do a good job
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Prefer to be on your feet moving around
- Honest and respectful of people's privacy and property
Nice To Haves
- Previous commercial cleaning or hospitality experience
Responsibilities
- Disinfecting surfaces
- Replenishing supplies
- Reporting maintenance repair or potential safety issues to supervisor
- Performing general janitorial tasks including bending, kneeling, reaching
