About The Position
A Cleaner is responsible for basic cleaning of common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, drinking fountains, and other assigned items or areas. Duties include trash removal, dusting, and polishing, as well as responding to incidental spills and flooded areas. The position follows health and safety regulations and company policies and reports maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. The posting lists a Monday–Friday schedule from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m. and a wage of 18.00. Multiple shifts and full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities are available.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
- Willingness to work assigned hours.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.

- At least 1 year of experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic cleaning of assigned areas.
- Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums.
- Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Attend to flooded areas, incidental spills, and related cleanup involving trash and restrooms.
- Perform additional duties as required.
