About The Position

A Cleaner is responsible for basic cleaning of common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, drinking fountains, and other assigned items or areas. Duties include trash removal, dusting, and polishing. The role also includes cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking restrooms, break rooms, and common areas; sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors; and operating cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums. The Cleaner follows health and safety regulations and company policies, reports maintenance issues or safety hazards to management, and performs additional duties as required, including cleaning flooded areas and incidental spills and addressing trash and restroom concerns. The posting lists a schedule of 6 p.m.–10 p.m. Monday through Friday and says assigned hours must be worked. Multiple shifts and full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities are available. Responsibilities

Perform basic cleaning of assigned areas and items.
Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas.
Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums.
Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management.
Perform additional duties as required, including cleaning flooded areas and incidental spills and addressing trash and restroom concerns.
