About The Position

A Cleaner performs basic cleaning of common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, drinking fountains, and other assigned items or areas. Duties include cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking facilities; handling waste; cleaning floors; operating cleaning equipment; and addressing incidental spills or flooded areas. Multiple shifts are available, and the posting describes full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities. The schedule for this listing is on call.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred.
Strong communication skills.
Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
Willingness to work assigned hours.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Perform basic cleaning of assigned areas and items.
Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums.
Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management.
Attend to flooded areas, incidental spills, and related cleanup involving trash and restroom concerns.
Perform additional duties as required.
