About The Position

A Cleaner is responsible for basic cleaning of common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, drinking fountains, and other assigned items or areas. The role also includes trashing, dusting, and polishing. Additional duties may include cleaning flooded areas, incidental spills, and trash- or restroom-related concerns. Multiple shifts and full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities are available.

Requirements

Strong communication skills.
Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
Willingness to work assigned hours.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform basic cleaning of assigned areas.
Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout assigned areas.
Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums.
Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
Attend to flooded areas, incidental spills, and related trash and restroom clean-up concerns.
Perform additional duties as required.
