About The Position

A Cleaner is responsible for basic cleaning of common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, drinking fountains, and other assigned areas or items. Duties include cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking restrooms, break rooms, and common areas; emptying trash and recycling; sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors; and operating cleaning equipment. The role also includes following health and safety regulations and company policies, reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards to management, and handling additional assigned duties such as cleaning flooded areas, incidental spills, and trash or restroom-related concerns. The posting describes multiple shifts and full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities. The listed schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. The listed wage is $18.00. Requirements

Strong communication skills.
Reliable transportation to and from work sites.

Responsibilities

Perform basic cleaning of assigned areas and items.
Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas.
Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums.
Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
Perform additional duties as required, including cleanup of flooded areas, incidental spills, and trash or restroom-related concerns.
