About The Position

A Cleaner is responsible for basic cleaning of common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, drinking fountains, and other assigned items or areas. Duties include trash removal, dusting, polishing, and other cleaning tasks. The position may also involve responding to flooded areas, incidental spills, and cleanup related to trash and restroom concerns. Multiple shifts are available, along with full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities.

Requirements

Strong communication skills.
Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
Willingness to work assigned hours.
Ability to perform the physical demands of the job, including bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform basic cleaning duties.
Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas.
Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums.
Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
Perform additional duties as required, including attending to flooded areas, incidental spills, and related cleanup for trash and restroom concerns.
