About The Position

A Cleaner is responsible for basic cleaning of common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, drinking fountains, and other assigned items or areas. Duties include cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking restrooms, break rooms, and common areas; emptying trash and recycling; and sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. The Cleaner operates floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums, follows health and safety regulations and company policies, and reports maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. Additional duties may include cleaning flooded areas, incidental spills, and trash- or restroom-related concerns. Multiple shifts are available, along with full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities. The listed wage is $18.00 per hour.

Requirements

Strong communication skills.
Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
Willingness to work assigned hours.
Ability to meet physical demands, including bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

A minimum of 1 year of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform basic cleaning of assigned areas.
Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout assigned areas.
Operate cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums.
Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management.
Attend to flooded areas, incidental spills, and related cleanup for trash and restroom concerns.
Perform additional duties as required.
