About The Position

A Cleaner is responsible for basic cleaning of common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, drinking fountains, and other assigned items or areas. Duties include trash removal, dusting, polishing, and additional cleanup as needed. The listed schedule is 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Friday. The employer also notes that multiple shifts and full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities are available.

Requirements

Strong communication skills.
Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
Willingness to work assigned hours.
Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform basic cleaning of assigned areas and items.
Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, vacuums, and other cleaning equipment.
Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management.
Handle additional assigned duties, including cleanup of flooded areas, incidental spills, trash, and restroom concerns.
