About The Position

Prospect Airport Services is hiring a Janitorial Agent to clean and maintain airport facilities. The role involves cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, windows, surfaces, and floors; replenishing supplies; removing trash and recycling; and preparing and safely handling cleaning solutions and equipment. Work must follow company safety and operational standards, and safety or security incidents and potential hazards must be reported immediately in accordance with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy. The position may also include other related duties within the employee’s skill and experience capabilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport, state, or customs requirements.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Must be able and willing to work outdoors in weather that may include severe seasonal conditions.
• Must frequently lift and carry more than 70 pounds and constantly lift and carry up to 70 pounds.
• Must constantly push and pull up to 70 pounds.
• Must constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, and bend.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize windows, restrooms, surfaces, and trim.
• Sweep, mop, shampoo, or vacuum building floors.
• Replenish supplies in bathrooms and inventory rooms.
• Empty trash cans and recycling bins.
• Safely prepare cleaning solutions according to chemical specifications.
• Lift and carry cleaning equipment, trays, and cases of supplies to service areas.
• Complete work safely and securely while following company safety and operational standards.
• Immediately report safety and security incidents and potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities.
