About The Position

The Facilities Group National is seeking an energetic cleaner to maintain client facilities and keep buildings clean and in good condition. The role involves completing varied cleaning tasks, using cleaning products and basic equipment safely, and working independently or with a team. The position is full-time and scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Requirements

• Manage time efficiently.
• Work effectively when supervisors are not present.
• Work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
• Use basic cleaning equipment.
• Have a high school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Some cleaning experience.
• Basic knowledge of various cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Complete general cleaning and maintain the building in good condition.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Remove debris and snow from sidewalks.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Clean spills using appropriate equipment.
• Perform minor repairs and notify supervisors or managers about major repairs.
• Complete tasks promptly with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies stocked.
• Work with a contract cleaning service when necessary.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
