About The Position

Seeking a part-time night janitor to clean a commercial property in Tracy. Duties include cleaning restrooms, emptying trash, vacuuming, and dusting. Training will be provided. The role is part of a team that values employees’ contributions.

Requirements

• Must be reliable.
• Must provide employment references.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions.
• Regularly stand and walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
