About The Position

The Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa is seeking interns to ensure appropriate checking in and checking out of guests and providing services to these guests in a courteous and professional manner. The resort is a favorite New England retreat known for its award-winning skiing, golf course, spa, and year-round activities. • Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure appropriate checking in and checking out of guests.
• Provide services to guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Be thoroughly acquainted with all check-in procedures and policies.
• Be thoroughly acquainted with all check-out procedures and policies.
• Be familiar with guest scenarios.
• Be familiar with all technical equipment as related to the Front Desk.
• Be familiar with all hotel facilities.
• Be familiar with general organization set-up.
• Be familiar with the inter-relationship between the different departments.
