We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented J-1 Intern/Trainee to join our Rooms Division team. This program offers hands-on experience across key guest-facing departments, including Front Office, Guest Services, and Communications. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, culturally curious, and passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. Participants will rotate through the following areas: Front Office: Guest check-in/check-out, reservations support, cash handling, and problem resolution. Guest Services: Concierge assistance, guest relations, amenity coordination, and service recovery. Communications: PBX operations, call handling, guest request coordination, and internal communication flow.
