About The Position

As the IT Epic Analyst II, you are responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of assigned non-clinical Epic software applications. You will work with operational teams across ProMedica and serve as a mentor for less experienced IT EMR staff. The role plans implementations and upgrades for clinical systems, ensuring adequate testing, quality assurance, and documentation of changes. You will train IT employees, advise end-users on operating their information systems, and support the training team by keeping trainers informed of new functions and system changes. The position is remote and limited to residents of eligible U.S. states due to legal, tax, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
Three years of relevant clinical experience.
Achieve Epic certification in the primary application within 90 days of completing the first Epic class; obtaining and maintaining this certification is a mandatory job requirement.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree or three years of experience in Information Technology.
IT background.
Five to seven years of relevant clinical experience.
Epic certification.
