Requirements

Native or fluent Italian language skills (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport or the legal right to live and work within the European Union.
Genuine interest in and enthusiasm for social media platforms, digital communication, and online communities.
Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail, grammar, and tone.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced social media environment.
Comfortable working on-site in Athens, Greece, and able to commit to relocation.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in customer support, content moderation, community management, or a related field within the social media or digital industry.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, empathetic support to Italian-speaking users via live chat, email, and ticketing systems.
Review and moderate user-generated content according to community guidelines and platform policies.
Investigate and escalate reports of inappropriate content, suspicious activity, or policy violations.
Assist Italian-speaking users with account management issues.
Stay updated on platform features, product updates, and policy changes.
Collaborate with internal teams to flag trends and contribute to platform improvement.
Document all support interactions accurately in internal case management systems.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including response time, user satisfaction, and quality benchmarks.
