Requirements

- Strong proficiency in English to collaborate with our diverse international team in Athens.

Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level support for cybersecurity software and security protocols to Italian-speaking enterprise clients.
- Monitor and analyze potential threats or vulnerabilities to ensure client systems maintain the highest security integrity.
- Communicate complex technical cybersecurity information clearly to non-technical users in native-level Italian.
- Collaborate with internal security engineering teams to resolve escalated incidents efficiently.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all security-related incidents and customer support interactions.
