Responsibilities

• Provide high-level assistance to users navigating complex cybersecurity software and security protocols.
• Monitor and analyze potential threats while ensuring customers understand how to utilize protection features effectively.
• Maintain a high standard of communication in Czech while resolving technical queries related to data protection and digital security.
• Collaborate with internal cybersecurity teams to document and escalate high-priority security incidents.
