Requirements

Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

Maintain comprehensive records of client inquiries regarding system vulnerabilities and software patches.
Collaborate with global technical teams to escalate complex security incidents.
Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity industry trends to offer proactive guidance to users.
Educate end-users on cybersecurity best practices to ensure client safety and data integrity.
