IT Trainer / Content Developer - Hybrid - Atlanta, GA
About The Position
We are seeking an IT Trainer / Content Developer to join our team in Atlanta, GA. This hybrid role involves conducting IT training for employees both remotely via Microsoft Teams and in-person at onsite classes. The position requires travel within Georgia as needed to train users on various desktop, web, and mobile applications. A key part of this role is the creation and updating of comprehensive training materials, including presentations, user guides, manuals, videos, and e-learning content. You will also be responsible for scheduling training sessions, managing enrollments, tracking attendance and completions, and maintaining Learning Management System (LMS) records. Collaboration with IT and business teams to identify training needs and gathering learner feedback for continuous improvement of training materials are essential aspects of this position.
Requirements
- 4+ years of IT training, technical training, application training, or end-user support experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office / Office 365 skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
- Experience developing training materials for IT applications.
- Ability and willingness to travel within Georgia for onsite training.
- Valid driver's license and ability to use a personal vehicle for work travel.
