IT Technician (On-site)

PrecinmacChicopee, MA
Onsite

About The Position

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. Therefore, employment will be contingent upon the ability to prove that you meet the standards of a U.S. Person. We're looking for a skilled and self-directed IT Technician to join our team in a hands-on role. You'll work on-site and across Precinmac delivering advanced technical support across hardware, software, and infrastructure — stepping in where complexity demands expertise and where clients need a trusted resource they can count on. In this role, you'll go beyond day-to-day troubleshooting. You'll lead system upgrades, participate in IT projects, diagnose challenging issues, and recommend solutions that improve how our clients operate. You'll also play a critical role in ensuring and maintaining CMMC cybersecurity compliance — keeping systems secure, documentation tight, and users informed and supported every step of the way. If you're someone who thrives with autonomy, takes ownership of outcomes, and brings both technical depth and a service-first mindset to every client interaction, we'd love to talk.
