Join our team as an IT Technician and play a critical role in keeping our systems, networks, and users running smoothly. In this hands-on role, you’ll monitor system and network performance, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues of moderate complexity, and provide exceptional support to end users both remotely and on-site. You’ll serve as a key escalation point for Help Desk issues, partner closely with IT staff on projects, and contribute to continuous improvement by developing knowledge base documentation and recommending process enhancements.
