About The Position

We are looking for a reliable IT Technician to provide essential first-level support to our team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for installing, configuring, and maintaining our computers, software, and peripheral equipment. If you are a problem-solver who enjoys helping others and has a solid grasp of modern hardware and networking, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED plus an Associate’s degree in IT (or equivalent professional experience).
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Help Desk or PC Technician.
  • CompTIA A+ or a similar industry-recognized certification.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check.
  • Strong proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows networks and general networking principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for help desk calls, resolving issues or escalating them to the next tier when necessary.
  • Setup, repair, and replace PCs, printers, scanners, and other peripherals at various department locations.
  • Install and configure Windows OS, Office 365, and other application updates.
  • Identify and resolve network connectivity, hardware malfunctions, and software glitches.
  • Maintain clear records of technical issues and resolutions.
