About The Position
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Mid-Level IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage user requests, and assist with maintaining IT systems and networks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of IT support or help desk experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Windows environments, networking, and common business applications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to users
- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, applications, and peripherals
- Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking tasks
- Document issues, solutions, and IT procedures
- Assist with system upgrades, security updates, and IT projects
