Requirements

• Onsite full time in Albany, NY
• Some occasional travel to other facilities around the state

Responsibilities

• Manage Cisco video bars and associated ViewSonic hardware.
• Train users on operating Cisco Video Rooms.
• Create simple user guides or cheat sheets for non-technical staff.
• Provide onsite training sessions to new employees as needed.
• Assist with the operation of Cisco Video Rooms during meetings and live events.
• Assist with the operation of ViewSonic interactive displays.
• Support hybrid/virtual meetings with Webex and Microsoft Teams.
• Provide on-the-spot technical support for presenters and participants.
• Record or stream events, webinars, and meetings.
• Test Cisco Video Rooms to ensure functionality before events or meetings.
