This role provides first-level computer troubleshooting support over the phone or in-person. The position involves maintaining an inventory of all computers and peripherals, performing department parts ordering, vendor scheduling, and appointment scheduling. The IT Tech 1 will work effectively with peers, staff members, and regulatory agency personnel, and perform other related and compatible duties as assigned. Regular attendance is required, and team members may be required to work varying schedules to meet business needs, including days, evenings, graveyard, holidays, and weekends. There is an expectation of being scheduled on duty and/or "on-call" during peak times.
