About The Position

The IT Systems Technician provides technology support to employees and helps ensure systems operate smoothly across the warehouse and offices at Uline’s Ohio location. The role includes end-user support, equipment setup and management, IT inventory oversight, technology equipment moves, cabling standards, and user account administration. All positions are on-site.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM. The technician also provides rotational on-call support, which may involve occasional evening and weekend work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior IT Systems Technician experience with demonstrated knowledge of networking, hardware, and application systems.
• Understanding of Windows OS, Group Policy, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technology support to end-users, troubleshoot incident requests, and deliver technical training with excellent customer service.
• Set up and manage computers, printers, audio/visual equipment, and mobile devices.
• Oversee the IT inventory system, track assets, and perform scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate and execute technology equipment moves and ensure cabling standards are upheld.
• Manage user accounts, including permissions.
• Provide on-call support on a rotational basis.
