About The Position

The IT Systems Technician provides technology support to employees and helps ensure systems run smoothly across Uline’s warehouse and offices at its Ohio location. The role involves supporting end-users, managing equipment and inventory, maintaining technology standards, and administering user accounts.

The position is on-site and is scheduled Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM. Rotational on-call support is required, with occasional evening and weekend work. The role may require lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior IT Systems Technician experience with demonstrated knowledge of networking, hardware, and application systems.
• Understanding of Windows OS, Group Policy, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technology support to end-users, troubleshoot incident requests, and deliver technical training with excellent customer service.
• Set up and manage computers, printers, audio/visual equipment, and mobile devices.
• Oversee the IT inventory system, track assets, and perform scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate and execute technology equipment moves and ensure cabling standards are upheld.
• Manage user accounts, including permissions.
• Provide on-call support on a rotational basis.
