About The Position
Lopez Dorada Foods is hiring an IT Systems Administrator to maintain and support its servers, network, and user systems. The position is based at the Lopez-Dorada Corporate Office in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and may require regular travel between Ponca City and Oklahoma City.
Requirements
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Three or more years of systems administration experience.
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
- Working knowledge of networking, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls.
- Experience with virtualization and backup tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- IT certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, network equipment, and user devices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access.
- Monitor systems for performance and security issues.
- Perform backups, updates, and patches.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
- Provide technical support to employees.
- Maintain documentation of systems and procedures.
