  • Basic scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automating routine IT tasks
  • Familiarity with identity and access management concepts such as SSO, MFA, and user lifecycle management
  • Experience in a regulated environment or awareness of data privacy best practices (HIPAA, PII handling)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a first point of contact for T1 and T2 Helpdesk support, triaging and resolving end-user tickets across macOS, Windows, and Linux environments
  • Assist with device imaging, configuration, and deployment for new hire onboarding using MDM platforms (e.g., Jamf, Intune, or Kandji)
  • Support user onboarding and offboarding processes including account provisioning and deprovisioning in identity platforms (Google Workspace, Okta, or Microsoft Entra)
  • Troubleshoot L1 and L2 connectivity issues including Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic VLAN-related problems, escalating to FTE Systems Administrators as needed
  • Assist with hardware asset management including inventory tracking, asset tagging, and lifecycle documentation
  • Support conference room AV equipment maintenance, including troubleshooting displays, video conferencing systems, and audio hardware
  • Create and maintain Helpdesk documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles to support team efficiency and knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate with FTE IT Systems Administrators on projects spanning endpoint management, identity and access management, SaaS administration, and security
