About The Position

This is your opportunity to elevate your technical career by managing and scaling a high-growth SaaS ecosystem at the intersection of technology and cyber insurance. You will gain hands-on experience optimizing modern cloud environments, driving automation, and directly supporting every business unit across our global hubs in San Francisco, New York City, Atlanta, Chicago, and Tel Aviv. Working alongside Security, HR, Sales, and Finance, you’ll be a central node in how our company operates and scales securely. You will be reporting directly to At-Bay’s IT Manager, who brings deep domain expertise and a strong track record of building resilient infrastructure. As an IT System Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, automating, and scaling our core IT applications, enterprise infrastructure, and SaaS stack. On a daily basis, you will perform triage on helpdesk tickets, manage application administration, handle SSO integrations, and oversee employee onboarding/offboarding logistics. You will also monitor system health, collaborate with application vendors, and research cutting-edge tools to support our rapid scaling.

Requirements

  • Successfully administered and scaled enterprise SaaS applications, managing modern SSO integrations and utilizing APIs to automate manual workflows.
  • Proven track record of configuring and supporting foundational enterprise infrastructure, including networks, endpoints, and modern IT hardware ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated history of delivering high-touch, service-oriented IT support across cross-functional partners with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Led end-to-end IT inventory, procurement, and automated onboarding processes in a fast-paced or rapidly growing organizational setting.
  • Researched, evaluated, and implemented new IT tools or processes that significantly improved system availability, process efficiency, or overall infrastructure security.

Benefits

  • Our estimated base pay range for this role is $95,000-$120,000 per year.
