About The Position
We’re looking for a hands-on, structured, and results-driven IT professional to take ownership of our core systems and business applications. This role is built for someone who understands quickly, acts decisively, and delivers practical solutions. As our IT Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the reliability, security, and performance of our Microsoft environment, while driving automation and continuous improvement across the business. This is not just a support role — you will play a key role in simplifying, standardizing, and improving how we work.
Requirements
- 1–5+ years of experience in systems administration or IT operations
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and endpoints
- Ensure system stability, security, and availability
- Act quickly to resolve issues and maintain operational continuity
- Manage user lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, access changes)
- Maintain device compliance and configuration standards
- Enforce structured and secure access control
- Design and build solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI
- Reduce manual processes through effective automation
- Deliver simple, scalable, and efficient solutions
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports
- Provide reliable and actionable data to business teams
- Support decision-making through clear reporting tools
- Translate operational needs into practical technical solutions
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Engineering, and other teams
- Improve system usage and user experience
- Identify inefficiencies and recurring issues
- Implement durable, practical solutions
- Maintain clear and structured documentation
- Apply IT security best practices
- Support audits, access reviews, and compliance
- Ensure data protection and system reliability
