About The Position
We are looking for a customer-focused IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance to end users and support print services. The role involves troubleshooting printer-related issues, managing support tickets, and providing general IT and Microsoft 365 support. The position is hybrid and based in Richmond, Virginia, and is a contract role.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of IT help desk or technical support experience.
- Minimum 5 years of Microsoft 365 experience.
- Experience using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and time management skills.
- Good understanding of IT systems and end-user support.
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting printers, print queues, print servers, or print services environments.
