About The Position
Under guidance, the Client Services Representative 2 completes, submits, and maintains state licensing applications to boards of pharmacy on behalf of clients. The role coordinates applications from initiation through issuance, ensures submissions are timely and of good quality, communicates with state and federal agencies, and provides clients with ongoing support and weekly licensing-status reports. The position is hybrid and requires the person to be located in Richmond, Virginia.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Two or more years of related work experience.
- Proficiency with PC applications such as Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally, with different team members.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Carry out licensing activities, including printing, copying, scanning documents, and drafting applications.
- Coordinate the workflow of applications from inception to issuance.
- Communicate with state and federal agencies.
- Communicate with state boards of pharmacy as needed.
- Ensure state applications are filed properly, accurately, and on time.
- Support clients through regular interaction by email and phone.
- Provide clients with weekly reports on licensing status.
