Requirements

  • Experience in IT helpdesk or technical support roles
  • Strong knowledge of networking, Windows environments, and Office 365
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve issues independently
  • Clear communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Adaptability in fast-paced, high-expectation environments

  • Experience with maritime tech
  • Experience with satellite systems

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote and/or on-site technical support for onboard yacht systems
  • Troubleshoot networking, satellite communications, AV/IT systems, and user devices
  • Support crew and guests with responsive, high-quality service
  • Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets with urgency and precision
  • Assist with system setups, upgrades, and maintenance
