Requirements

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Clear, user-friendly communication style for engaging with non-technical users
  • Ability to manage multiple tickets effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment
  • Fluent English – written and spoken
  • You don't just fix problems, you prevent them through forward-thinking approaches

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and resolve technical problems related to IT equipment and software applications
  • Respond to support requests via tickets, phone, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 issues (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely and lasting resolutions
  • Communicate and collaborate with regional IT team members on infrastructure and support matters
  • Support and maintain business-critical tools such as Excel, Power BI, and VPN clients
