About The Position

Our enterprise-level client in Burbank, California, has an immediate need for an IT Support Engineer. This role involves rapid response and ownership of issues and requests reported by customers via telephone, email or support ticket. The engineer will triage and troubleshoot desktop, mobile and network connectivity issues, document and report on all work performed, and acquire, stage and deploy computers, printers, software, and peripherals. Maintaining accurate inventory and support records, working with service providers to expedite and resolve issues, and producing verbal and written status reports are also key responsibilities. The role requires adhering to company policies, establishing and maintaining relationships with partners, and proactively monitoring support requirements. Creating system and support documentation is also part of the role.

Responsibilities

  • Rapid response and ownership of issues and requests reported by customers via telephone, email or support ticket

  • Acquire, stage and deploy computers, printers, software, and peripherals (both new and refresh)
  • Maintain accurate inventory and support records
  • Work with service providers to expedite and resolve issues impacting productivity
