About The Position
We are currently seeking a part time, reliable, and skill IT Support Assistant to join our team at Wesley Commons! This is a hands-on position that combines on-site troubleshooting with remote user assistance - perfect for someone with basic networking IT experience and a customer-first attitude!
Requirements
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Proficient with Apple, Android, Windows 10, and Windows 11 operating systems
- Ability to multi-task
Nice To Haves
- Experience or IT networking education preferred
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot electronics, including televisions, phones, and associated devices
- Communicate clearly with end users to resolve technical issues
- Basic networking needs
